Please read through these terms quickly, you will find information about payment options, payments and your rights as a customer.

Payment options

  • Paypal / International orders

  • Paypal is preferred payment option for Internation orders at the moment. The product is paid for in advance.

  • Credit Card / International orders

  • Payment via an electronic service of a credit card company. The product is paid for in advance.

  • Klarna Invoice / Klarna Account / Only for Finnish customers

  • Pay with an invoice after receiving the product. Optional hire purchase with Klarna Tili. Pay the invoice to the account and using the reference number given in the invoice. With questions regarding the invoice payment you can contact Klarna Oy Customer service at 09 – 425 99 771 (Mon-Fri 09.00 – 18.00)

    When choosing Klarna invoice, there will be a € 4.00 extra charge.

  • Collect on delivery / Only for Finnish customers

  • Delivered to an desired address. Payment is made at the post office while claiming the product.

    Collect on delivery fee: € 5.00

  • Online Bank Payments / Only for Finnish customers

  • Payment via an online bank transfer. The product is paid for in advance.

Additional info on payments and deliveries

The product prices include VAT 24%, foodstuff VAT 14%. Payments are made in the euro currency. We will send an order confirmation via e-mail. This requires that you give us a valid e-mail address when ordering. We reserve the right to change prices.

Fixed delivery costs are added to the final price according to the chosen methods of delivery and payment.

Pulju.net uses Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.

Delivery times

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Pulju.net. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next week day. Within Europe we use Finnish postal service priority shipping with a delivery time of 2-7 days. These times apply if you have placed your order before 15.00 so the parcel ships out the same day. In case the product is temporarily out of stock, you will naturally have to wait a little longer.

The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing. During Christmas time the delivery times may be a little longer than usual. We hope you understand and forgive us. Thank you.

We have no control over delivery times after the product has been shipped, and delays are due to third party errors, strikes or natural disasters.

The information collected while placing orders is not used for any other purposes than delivering the ordered product or taking care of possible problems. The contact details are not given to any third parties or used for direct marketing or any other purposes except those above.

Our payment transactions are handled by Paytrail Oyj

All transactions connected to online bank transfers are handled by Paytrail Oyj in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit card companies. To the end user the service looks just like a traditional online bank transfer service. If you wish to use a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, SF-Fennica Oy / Pulju.net functions only as a marketer of products and services and delivers the ordered products to the customer. Reclamations are handled by Paytrail Oyj.

Paytrail Oyj functions as the seller of the product with payments made with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard cards, and the deal / transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. All obligations regarding the transaction are the responsibility of the seller. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.
