Our company, SF-Fennica Oy was founded in 1993 and we have conducted online business already since 2002. The story of the Pulju.net began in autumn 2002 and running strong ever since - delivering tens of thousands of parcels to customers every year. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, high quality products, and above all with good deals. We focus on not disappointing our customers – if a mistake is made, we work hard to correct it and to avoid repeating it.

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Pulju.net. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). Within Europe we use Finnish postal service Priority shipping with a delivery time of 2-7 days depending on destination. These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day. In case the product is temporarily out of stock, you will naturally have to wait a little longer.
The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing. During Christmas time the delivery times may be a little longer than usual. We hope you understand and forgive us. Thank you.
We have no control over delivery times after the product has been shipped, and delays are due to third party errors, strikes or natural disasters.

Promise #2 If the product you ordered is faulty or wrong – contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will get back to you quickly, process the order again, and give you a discount coupon for the next order. Simple.
Promise #3 If the product you ordered is otherwise unsatisfactory or fails to fulfill your expectations, please send it back within 30 days. We will replace it with another product or return your money. Simple.
Promise #4 If we fail to solve an issue via e-mail, we will give you a call when it best suits you. Simple.
