Product returns

We believe that you will be satisfied with our products. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.

When you are returning the product inside Finland, please inform the staff of the postal service that it is a CUSTOMER RETURN. Please note that outside Finland you will have to pay the postal fees for your return, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product. In case of buyer’s remorse, please remember that the product you are returning has to be unused and in the condition you received it in.

Instructions for returns

If for some reason you wish to return a product, follow the instructions below:

  1. Pack the product in the product package the same way it was when delivered to you
  2. Check that all manuals, notes and other separate parts of the product are packed inside correctly
  3. Put the product in a separate postal package – do not send the product without a protective package
  4. Download the customer return form in PDF form - print and fill out
  5. Include the customer return form and the invoice copy you received with the parcel
  6. You are responsible for the product and the shipment until we receive it


Additional info on returns

If you are returning a damaged or otherwise faulty product, send it to us according to the info above and inform us whether you want a replacement product or your money back. In both cases you WILL HAVE TO include the invoice copy you received with the shipment. We will return the money to a bank account of your choice.

When returning a product, include the invoice and the customer return form (link above) or a free-form letter that details the faults/problems and informs us of your account number and wishes regarding the compensation.

If you want your money back for a product that is not faulty but you find otherwise unsatisfactory, or that has been shipped late, it has to be in perfectly original condition for a full refund. In case we receive an incomplete product or a product that is in bad condition because of the customer, we cannot accept the return.


Final tips

Do not attach any stickers or such to the products or add anything to the package that doesn’t belong there. The product has to be packed in a postal package so that it is well protected against the hazards of shipment. The customer is responsible for the product until we have received it.
