If you like scale models and radio-controlled vehicles, why not combine them? Mechanical Master makes perhaps the coolest and most authentic looking building kits, and in all of their wisdom they have added electric motor to their models.Mechanical Masters' "Storm Of The Desert" tank is put together from 1276 parts. The parts are joined to each other by pins and they are squeezed firmly into place without glue. And as mentioned above, the tank has an electric motor, or more precisely four motors, one for each track, one for turret and one for the cannon. All these motors are connected to a central unit that controls them.
The tank receives it's power from a Li-ion 600mAh 7.4V battery, that is charged with the included USB cable. Battery is fully charged in about 1.5 hours and that gives you about 20 minutes of running time. So the tank is a fully operational RC vehicle when it is builded. You are able to move it in any direction, rotate the gun tower and cannon, and the cannon is actually able to shoot the supplied ammunition. The controller requires 2 x AA batteries, which you can also buy from us.
